A prepaid maintenance plan saves you money AND extends your warranty for one year for each sharpening. Our sharpening and certification service costs $185 per die, and a prepaid plan saves $50 per sharpening. Keep your dies sharp and protect against price increases with a prepaid maintenance plan.
3 Year Prepaid Maintenance Plan $480 — Save $75*
Our 3 year maintenance plan costs $480 when purchased with a new die, saving you $75. The 3 year plan includes:
- 3 annual sharpening & re-certifications
- Maintenance log updates and perpetual archiving
- One year extended warranty for each sharpening

Our 5 year maintenance plan costs $800 when purchased with a new die, saving you $250. The 5 year plan includes:

The popular M400 benchtop press is optimized for specimen dies and other small die-cutting applications. Powered by shop air, it has a compact footprint for quiet, economical with no electricity required. Ideal for die-cutting tensile and tear physical testing samples in a laboratory, the M400 is also good for general die-cutting small parts and prototypes.

Free Evaluation of Any Competitor’s Die
We will recalibrate, sharpen and polish your die to like new condition, enhancing the quality of the die, often making it better than when you purchased it. All dies are certified with a maintenance log for perpetual archiving so you can track them for future ISO referencing.
Pioneer Sharpening and Certification Service includes:
- A certificate of compliance
- CMM Validation Report measured to 0.0001″
- Updated maintenance log
- Perpetual archiving of the specimen die’s history for an ISO paper trail
